Nature of Services
Waymaker Auto Services LLC is a private car buying consulting service. We are not a licensed automobile dealer, auto broker, financial institution, lender, legal advisor, or insurance provider. Our services are advisory and consultative in nature.
While we actively assist and advocate on behalf of our clients during the vehicle purchasing process — including conducting research, presenting vehicle options, and engaging in price discussions with dealerships — all actions taken by Waymaker Auto Services LLC are performed at the client's direction and with the client's explicit authorization. The ultimate outcome of any vehicle search, negotiation, or purchase remains outside our control. All final purchasing, financing, and contractual decisions remain solely with the client.
No Dealer or Broker License & No Legal Agency
Waymaker Auto Services LLC does not hold an automobile dealer or broker license in any state. We do not buy, sell, or take title to vehicles. We do not facilitate financing or act as a lender. We do not represent any dealership or manufacturer.
Our role is to consult, advise, research, and advocate on behalf of our clients as an informal private third party. Waymaker Auto Services LLC does not hold legal power of attorney or any formal legal agency authority on behalf of any client. Clients enter into all purchase agreements directly and independently with the selling dealer or private party. Any reference to acting "on behalf of" a client refers to informal advocacy only and does not imply or create a formal legal agency relationship.
No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently to achieve the best possible outcome for every client, Waymaker Auto Services LLC makes no guarantees regarding:
- A specific purchase price or savings amount
- The availability of any specific vehicle
- The successful completion of any vehicle purchase
- Financing approval or terms
- The condition or reliability of any vehicle purchased
Any reference to clients saving an average of 4x their investment is based on estimated potential savings compared to typical dealership markups and is illustrative only. It is not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of individual results. Actual savings will vary based on individual circumstances, vehicle type, market conditions, and dealership practices.
Third-Party Inspections
Waymaker Auto Services LLC coordinates independent third-party vehicle inspections on behalf of clients as part of our consulting service. We do not conduct inspections ourselves. Waymaker Auto Services LLC is not responsible for the qualifications, conduct, findings, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party inspector. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any inspection report. Clients should review all inspection reports carefully and independently before making any purchasing decision. The client engages with third-party inspection services at their own risk.
Financial & Legal Advice
Nothing provided by Waymaker Auto Services LLC — including but not limited to consultations, emails, texts, website content, contract reviews, or any verbal or written communication — constitutes legal or financial advice. All information and guidance provided is general in nature and for informational purposes only. Conflicts of Interest & Independence
The founder of Waymaker Auto Services LLC has prior professional experience working within the automotive dealership industry. This experience is used exclusively to benefit our clients — providing insider knowledge of dealership practices, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics that the average car buyer would not otherwise have access to.
Waymaker Auto Services LLC has no financial agreements, commissions, referral arrangements, incentives, or formal relationships of any kind with any dealership, private seller, manufacturer, lender, or inspection service. We do not receive compensation from any third party in connection with any vehicle purchase made by our clients. Our sole source of compensation is the flat service fee paid directly by the client.
When we state that we coordinate with an independent mechanic "who, to our knowledge, has no relationship with the seller," we mean that we take reasonable steps to ensure the inspector has no known financial, personal, or professional ties to the selling party that could compromise the objectivity of their inspection. However, we cannot guarantee or verify all potential relationships and disclaim liability for any undisclosed conflicts on the part of third-party inspectors.
At all times, Waymaker Auto Services LLC acts solely in the interest of the client. Any communication with dealerships, private sellers, or third parties is conducted exclusively for the purpose of securing the best possible outcome for the client and for no other purpose.
Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from or related to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Connecticut.
