Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Waymaker Auto Services LLC ("Waymaker," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Waymaker Auto Services LLC is a private car buying consulting service. We are not a licensed auto dealer, broker, financial advisor, or legal advisor. We act solely as a consultant and advocate on behalf of our clients during the vehicle purchasing process.

2. Services Provided

Waymaker Auto Services LLC provides the following consulting services for a one-time flat fee of $497:

Our services are advisory and consultative in nature. We do not purchase vehicles on your behalf, and final purchasing decisions remain solely with the client.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work diligently to secure the best possible outcome for every client, Waymaker Auto Services LLC does not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to a specific price, a specific vehicle, or the successful completion of a vehicle purchase.

Deals may fall through. In the car buying process, vehicles may be sold to other buyers, financing may fall through, or other unforeseen circumstances may prevent a transaction from completing. If a deal falls through at any stage, Waymaker Auto Services LLC will continue working with the client at no additional charge to find a suitable alternative, for up to 90 days from the original purchase date.

4. Service Timeline

Waymaker Auto Services LLC does not guarantee any specific timeline for the completion of services. Service timelines vary based on factors including but not limited to vehicle availability, market conditions, dealership responsiveness, third-party inspection scheduling, and the client's own responsiveness and decision-making timeline. No refund shall be issued solely on the basis of a perceived delay in service.

5. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing our services, the client agrees to:

Accuracy of Information: If a client provides inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information that affects the outcome of our services, Waymaker Auto Services LLC shall not be held liable for any results, delays, or issues arising from that misinformation. This includes but is not limited to inaccurate budget information, undisclosed credit issues, or misrepresentation of trade-in vehicle condition.

6. Vehicle Approval Process

Once Waymaker sources and presents vehicle options to a client, the client must provide written confirmation (via text or email) before we proceed to the negotiation or inspection stage. Verbal approvals given over the phone will be followed by a written confirmation request. Work will not proceed to the next stage until written confirmation is received.

7. Client Document Responsibility

While Waymaker Auto Services LLC reviews contracts, inspection reports, vehicle history reports (such as Carfax), and other related paperwork on behalf of our clients and will flag anything that appears unusual, unclear, or potentially unfavorable, the client remains solely responsible for thoroughly reading, understanding, and agreeing to any document, contract, or report they receive or sign. Our review of any document is advisory in nature and does not constitute legal advice. We strongly encourage all clients to read every document in full — including but not limited to purchase contracts, financing agreements, inspection reports, and vehicle history reports — before signing or making any purchasing decision. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney if they have any legal questions or concerns about any document. By signing any contract or proceeding with a purchase, the client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review all relevant documents in full. Waymaker Auto Services LLC shall not be held liable for any terms, conditions, findings, or disclosures contained in any document received or signed by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Waymaker Auto Services LLC shall not be held liable for:

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for our services ($497).

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith informal negotiation. The client must notify Waymaker Auto Services LLC of the dispute in writing via email at waymakerautoservices@gmail.com and allow a minimum of 14 business days for informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal action. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any court proceedings. Any legal action that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

10. Modifications to Terms

Waymaker Auto Services LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
